  • One claim per project only. Talostone® reserves the right to reject duplicate or multiple claims relating to the same project.
  • Submission requirement: Signed architectural drawings clearly specifying Talostone® products must be submitted with this Project Registration Form. Talostone® reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
  • Eligibility: The 5% discount is strictly available to Architects and Designers and is based on the current Designer Price List (Discount for Direct Purchases column), subject to change without notice.
  • Exclusivity: The 5% discount will not apply where any other trade, entity, or party associated with the project has received or been offered any discount, rebate, or special pricing in relation to the same project.
  • Calculation of refund: Any refund or discount entitlement will be calculated strictly based on Talostone® invoices issued for the project. Off-cuts, wastage, or Talostone® products purchased via third parties are excluded and will not be considered.
  • Payment condition: No refund or discount will be processed unless and until all relevant Talostone® invoices have been paid in full and cleared.
  • Right to vary or refuse: Talostone® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify all information, amend, withdraw, or refuse any application, claim, or benefit at any time without liability.
  • General: Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or entitlement to any discount or refund.
