ABOUT MANLY
A full interior renovation centred on reconfiguring the home for better flow and elevated coastal living.
The kitchen was relocated to the first floor to capture sweeping bay views, and a new extension introduced a sunken living room designed with the project architect.
Natural textures and sun-washed tones echo the surrounding coastline, creating a sense of calm that flows from room to room. Soft timbers, woven elements and organic finishes ground the home in a warm, tactile palette.
Subtle Southeast Asian influences introduce an additional layer of character and depth: gentle, crafted details and references to traditional materials.
Danish architect and interior specialist Camille Skovsgaard O’Connor creates timeless, joyful homes where beauty and functionality work in harmony. With a master’s degree from the Aarhus School of Architecture and nearly two decades of experience across Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Sydney, she now focuses exclusively on residential design.
